I spoke to a guy on the network who wants to get rid of his powers.

My boss and I have some power-nullifer tech, but for obvious reasons we can't just let it loose on the general public. Anyone could say they wanted it for themselves and then turn around and use it on someone else. So we need to find a way to code the device to one person's DNA or... whatever.
